  • Profile

The NYC Cyclones is a Tier II/AA travel hockey program that fields teams in the Mite through Midget age levels. Cyclones travel hockey is a great opportunity for players to get involved in a competitive hockey program and play against other top teams throughout the northeast and across the country.

Teams practice twice a week at Sky Rink and generally play at least two weekend games, either at home or on the road. Cyclones teams participate in the Long Island Amateur Hockey League AA division and in the Diamond(AAA/AA) division of the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League as well as attending various college/prep school showcases and tournaments.

The Cyclones proudly call Sky Rink at Chelsea Piers their home rink. Sky Rink is an outstanding, unique facility that has been NYC’s most popular year-round ice rink since opening in 1969. In addition to being the Cyclones’ home, Sky Rink offers an extensive in-house youth hockey program run by experienced instructors.
