Jen Welter is a game changer.
As the first woman to coach an NFL team as an assistant coaching intern for the Arizona Cardinals, Jen Welter changed history.
Since then, she’s created Grrrid Iron Girls Flag Football camp for girls ages 6-18 (the next one is in Boston on November 18) and published a new book, “Play Big.” In the book she discusses how she was able to break barriers playing professional football and ultimately coaching the Arizona Cardinals.
