Your kids say, “You want me to eat sweet potatoes? Yuk!” As a matter of fact we do?.
Get your kids to wash off those yams (sweet potato) and start peeling them into strips. The more they get involved in the process the easier it will be to have them try the foods you make. And, when they do — holy moly they will ❤️ them!

Baked Sweet Potato Strips
– Yams or Sweet Potatoes
– Olive Oil
– Salt and Pepper, or seasoning of your choice
– Parchment Paper
Preheat oven to 375.
Peel the skins off the sweet potatoes. Once the skin is removed, use the potato peeler to slice strips of the sweet potatoes. Place on a ceramic baking tray or baking tray covered with parchment paper. Don’t worry if they are lying on top of each other. Lightly spray with Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in a 375F oven for 20-30 minutes, tossing the sweet potatoes strips every 5-10 minutes until crisp.
